How does this work? Select a gift and let us know what you want written in the card. We'll take care of the details and delivery! 

Can I include a custom card? Yes! Each order comes with a hand-written note-card.  Please specify what you want your note to say in the "Add a note to your order" box at checkout.

Where are the box contents from?  Each items contained in the gift boxes are from right here in Northern California! Even the boxes are made in-house.

What’s in each box? In addition to the wonderful products from Northern California makers and farmers, each box comes with a handwritten note, a card introducing the makers featured in that box, and a blank thank you note for your recipient to spread the gratitude and love.

Are individual items interchangeable? If you have a specific request, don’t hesitate to contact us! We’ll do the best we can to accommodate your request to make sure you have the perfect gift.

Can I request a certain color? Scent? For the Baby Box our default color scheme is gender neutral, however we do have traditionally boy/girl colors available upon request.  We have a variety of scents and flavors for some of our products so don't hesitate to reach out if you have a special request.

Do you do custom orders? Wedding welcome boxes, closing gifts, corporate clients? Yes, we’d be happy to work with you to design a welcome box that shows your guests (or clients) the best that Northern California has to offer.

What are my delivery options? We’d be happy to hand deliver your gift if the recipient is located within 15 miles of Davis, CA. Otherwise, all boxes will be sent USPS for delivery within 1-3 business days of ship date.  If you would like your box delivered locally on a certain date, please email us at

How much is shipping? Local delivery, within 15 miles of Davis, CA is free! All orders are $7 flat rate, except orders over $100 are free shipping.  At this time, we only ship within the USA.

I really want to brighten someone’s day, do you have any add-ons that would bring a smile to someone’s face? Why yes we do! A custom floral arrangement can be added onto local deliveries for an additional cost.

What is Your Return/Exchange Policy? All sales are final.  We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the items were damaged during shipping. Please email us at if you received a damaged item.
