How does this work? Select a gift and let us know what you want written in the card in the "Add a note to your order" section at checkout. We'll take care of the details and delivery! 

What if I want to order multiple gifts to be delivered to different addresses? Gifts will only be shipped to one address per transaction, so if you'd like to purchase two gifts to be sent to two different locations, please make two separate transactions, or email us! 

Can I include a custom message in the card? Yes! Each order comes with a hand-written note on a Poppy and Oak note card.  Please specify what you want your note to say in the "Add a note to your order" box at checkout. We also offer greeting cards for purchase.

When will the recipient receive their gift? We strive to mail boxes out within 3 days of ordering. You will be emailed a tracking number once the gift ships. Shipping via USPS generally takes 2-3 days.

I really want to brighten someone’s day, do you have any add-ons that would bring a smile to someone’s face? Why yes we do! A custom floral arrangement can be added onto local deliveries for an additional cost. Please email us at poppyandoakgoods@gmail.com for current options and pricing.

What are my delivery options? We’d be happy to hand deliver your gift if the recipient is located within 15 miles of Davis, CA. We offer free local delivery to Davis, Dixon, Natomas, Woodland, West Sacramento and portions of Sacramento (Downtown, Midtown, East Sacramento, Land Park, Curtis Park/Oak Park and Tahoe Park). Otherwise, all boxes will be sent USPS for delivery within 2-3 business days of ship date. If you would like your box delivered locally on a certain date, please email us at poppyandoakgoods@gmail.com

How much is shipping? Local delivery is free! All other orders are $7 flat rate shipping. Orders over $100 are free shipping to one address. Shipping to international orders will be charged at cost, please email us for international shipping prices.

What is Your Return/Exchange Policy? All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the items were damaged during shipping. Please email us at poppyandoakgoods@gmail.com if you received a damaged item.
