Item was everything I thought it would be Very satisfied

Initially received my package via first class mail but unfortunately I received an ornament with the incorrect name printed. In the box with my ornament which was wrapped very nicely and secure was a business card containing a support email address. I quickly sent out a message telling them I received the incorrect item and their response was incredibly timely and I had shipping info for the correct item by EOD. I truly appreciated their response and urgency around fulfilling my order. Also the ornament looks amazing and I am thrilled to gift it closer to the holidays! Would shop this small business again in the future.
